Robin Berlinsky holds a M.Ed. from The Citadel and is an Adjunct Professor at the College of Charleston School of Education Health and Human Performance. She is a leader in the local education community, a champion for all children, as well as a presenter at national conferences. Before joining ECM, Ms. Berlinsky was the Director of Education for the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry where she designed standards-based curriculum for the exhibits. She has taught 1st and 5th grades in New York and South Carolina and is a member of The Riley Institute’s 2017 Midlands Diversity Leaders Initiative, the 2017 National Advisory Committee for the National Association of Elementary School Principals and a member of the Palmetto State Arts Education board. In addition, she serves on numerous school improvement councils throughout the tri-county.
Robin specializes in changing the “status quo.” She believes that successful schools encourage curiosity, that learning, behavior and attendance are directly related to school culture and that every day should start with cheers and bubbles!
